GENERAL JANITORIAL CLEANING SERVICES
1. Power vacuum all carpeted areas and sweep other floors with a chemically treated mop, damp mop/spray buff.
2. Dust desks, chairs and all other office furniture and accessories.
3. Empty and wipe out ash trays.
4. Empty all waste baskets and replace plastic liners as required.
5. Spot clean doors, door frames and wall floor protectors.
6. Dust wall paneling as required
1. Empty all wastepaper receptacles and replace plastic liner as required
2. Empty sanitary napkin containers and replace insert.
3. Polish all metal and mirrors.
4. Clean and disinfect wash basin, toilet bowls and urinals.
5. Clean and polish all dispensers.
6. Disinfect underside and tops of toilet seats.
7. Wipe down walls around wash basins.
8. Wipe down tile walls and toilet partitions.
9. Mop floors with a germicidal solution.
10. Refill soap, towel, tissue, hand lotion, Kotex and seat cover dispensers.
LUNCH ROOM CLEANING SERVICE
1. Sweep floors with a chemically treated mop and wet mop.
2. Sweep/wet mop/spray wax and buff.
3. Clean table tops, counters and sinks.
4. Empty all waste baskets and ash trays.
FRONT ENTRY CLEANING SERVICE
1. Power vacuum all carpeted areas and sweep other floors with a chemically treated mop, damp mop/spray buff.
2. Dust, chairs, counters and all other office accessories.
3. Clean glass entry door and wipe off finger prints from metal.
4. Clean receptionist glass window and wax counter.
5. Empty and wipe out ash trays.
UPON COMPLETION OF WORK
1. Check all doors and windows.
2. Leave on only designated lights.
3. Carry all trash to pick-up areas.
